Hello, my name is Nita Belliveau and I am the Director for The Learning Center, South Windsor locations. I have been with The Learning Center for 9 years. As the head teacher in our preschool program it was evident that I greatly understood the importance of nurturing, guiding, and educating not only children but their families. In 2009 I was asked to become a Director at The Learning Center and I was happy to take on this role.

My background in Early Childhood Education begins as early as high school where I began working with children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. In addition to years of experience, my background includes a Child Development Associates Degree from Manchester Community College, and a CT Head Teacher certification. As an administrator for The Learning Center, I enjoy gaining further knowledge through seminars and trainings. I strive to use this information to continuously make improvements to our program. I remain committed to serving the community and offering every family quality childcare.
